It was Grandparent's Day at school for Evan and Wyatt last week. Grandpa Dave and Grandma Lois got to come visit each of them.

We went home to Cedar Rapids for Grandpa Steve and Grandma Kate's 60th birthday parties. The boys were well attended to:)

 We also watched the Hawks win over the Cyclones. Nick took the boys to the Hawkeye Huddle the night before the game. They were holding court with the cheerleaders.

This is Wyatt's favorite video and I'm not kidding when I say we have watched the "dance" video about 200 times.

Evan also started soccer and Nick is the coach, along with our friend and old neighbor  Adam.

Tractors and WI fun

We traveled to WI for my cousin, Alex's wedding last weekend. Boys did great and it is always fun to see the family.

Water, water, water

There is a lack of water in the atmosphere and on our grass, but our boys have had so much fun with water.
Grandpa Dave took out his boat - once on the hottest day and then on Labor Day when it was perfect.

And we have been watering our garden a lot. This was our first tomato, but have had a lot more since.

Same bumbo, same kid. 4 1/2 years old vs. 3-4 months old.

Seriously he looks huge!
