31 Week Update

Technically I am 30.5 weeks, but I'm giving myself the extra 3 days and saying 31 weeks. We had our appt. today and heart rate was 140. For those of you tracking Evan was around 135, not exactly same timing and Wyatt was 144. So baby is smack dab in the middle.

Baby is moving and grooving - keeping me up at night with its shenanigans. Causing some heart burn/acid burning, but overall I'm doing very well. The weather for the most part has cooperated (except the past 2 days) but it is July and Iowa so deal with it right?

Baby #3 - 30 weeks
Wyatt at 30 weeks
Evan at 30 weeks
We went home for Noah's baptism as well - this picture is one Evan was taking during the ceremony. Nick is Noah's Godfather and Aunt Erin is his Godmother and Noah did so good during the whole service.
Stopped at Bob Ross Herky in Iowa City on our way home.
Nick and Wyatt at the Valley baseball game
Evan made me a bracelet at Vacation Bible School and insisted I wear it to work today. I love it!
Three weeks until Evan starts school and this is our last week with Rachel, who has been watching the boys all summer. Eight weeks until baby - just a few little changes coming our way in the coming weeks.

Love,
Nick, Amy, Evan, Wyatt and Tre

Adventureland and Speedway

There isn't much these two boys don't get to do, but they are so fun (most of the time) that we love spending so much time with them doing fun things. And what is summer without the Dallas County Fair and Adventureland? We hadn't made the trip to Adventureland with the boys yet, so we decided this year was the year. The weather Gods cooperated with this 30 week pregnant mama and gave us 70 degree weather and off we went.

Notice their feet never stop moving the entire ride.

Biggest slushies ever!

Underground Train - Evan is excited, Wyatt isn't so sure.
Wagon ride with mom.
We also got to go to the Iowa Speedway in Newton to watch the Indy Cars. Such a fun time, the boys loved it!
I am 30 weeks and doing well. We have another appointment next week so we will check in on baby again. Two months to go!

Love,
Nick, Amy, Evan, Wyatt and Baby Tre

Mini-Vaca

We went to Minneapolis for a mini-vacation with our families to watch the Twins vs. Yankees. Luckily the Yankees won, we got to see Derek Jeter play, the Yankees hit two homeruns and all was right in the world.
Evan and Aunt Lindsay

Ben and Nick - tough guys.

Aunt Erin, Aunt Lins, Baby Noah, Uncle Ben and Evan

Jeter up to bat

Hot dogs and baseball!

Baby Noah loving his first Major League game.

Hungry monkey
Off to "America's Mall" as Evan refers to it as. We went about the same time when I was pregnant with Wyatt and Evan rode a lot of the same rides. Fun to look back at those.
Wyatt and dad riding the carousel.

Bros riding the trucks.

Honking the horn the whole time.

Evan at 2 years old
Evan same ride at 2 years old
Log Ride

Boys on the log ride. 3 out of 4 were happy...poor Wyatt still is talking about how he was scared.

Watching the fireworks, telling everyone to cover their ears.

Potty break on I-35 in construction. Glad he is potty trained and a boy!

As if I don't have enough kicking going on in my tummy, Evan the ultimate rib and tummy kicker, has to kick on the outside too. I always have someone touching me at all times, feet, hands, toes....love my boys.

Evan starts kindergarten in less than 6 weeks, I think it is actually 5 weeks now which is beyond crazy. He is so excited so that makes me excited for him. He learned a lot at Safety City, put on by the Waukee Police Dept. and the amount of information he retained is amazing. Strangers, fires, walking across the street, biking, calling 911, our phone number, address, etc. he did awesome and I was so proud he didn't know anyone and did great.

Baby is doing great, kicking and moving a lot. Officially 10 1/2 weeks until we meet Baby #3. The boys are excited and so are we, now keep the nice weather and I will be a happy mama.

Love,
Nick, Amy, Evan, Wyatt and Baby #3
