End of an era

It is time for Wyatt to move on from our beloved Annie to toddlers. It is his last day in infants and will move up on Monday to toddlers. We love Demitu, Evan's toddler teacher, and soon to be Wyatt's too, but we just love our Annie so much.

Watching his "new" friends on the playground

Go Packers!

And we wonder why he has shiners all the time.

Telling mommy to be quiet I think.

Always near his Annie and in the middle of the action. (sounds like another little boy I know)

We will miss Ann so much, but we will still see her at school and of course when we call for her to babysit!

12 months Elephante

This was the most difficult picture to date for Wyatt to pose with Elephante. Also it is a little sad that we are all done taking month pictures...tear.

Best one of the group
First picture - taking Elephante o.u.t.

Yep this is how most of it went...

Evan getting his 3 1/2 year photo with Elephante
Wyatt 1 year stats:
Head: 18.75 88%
Height: 30.5" 75%
Weight: 24.6 lbs 89%

He is walking most of the time, unless he is in a real hurry then he is off to the races with crawling. He is saying mama, dada, ooo (pointing at everything), maybe ball, or some version of ball. He loves his big brother and everything that he has (bats, balls, sippy cups. toys, etc) leads to some interesting conversations. He loves balls, jumping, climbing, giggling and smiling all the time. He is such a sweet, happy boy 99% of the time. He doesn't sleep perfect, but I will take that when everything else is so close to perfect, happy, healthy little boy.

Funny Evan quote...I was telling him what he could have for a snack one night and what healthy options were. Crackers, yogurt, applesauce, and in my voice mimicking me Evan inserts...Bomb pops and just keeps right on rolling. Seriously I couldn't help but laugh...almost gave in for being so witty, but I resisted.

Also Evan has been learning about fire safety at school and he came home yesterday saying, when there is a fire on our clothes or shoes we stop, drop and roll. If there is a fire at our house we got outside and go to a neighbors and ask for help. I honestly felt that he was so old knowing those very important safety lessons. Tear (again).

While Mom and Dad are Away...

Grandpa Dave and Grandma Lois were kind enough to watch Evan and Wyatt while Nick and I went to NYC for a friend's wedding. We had such a great time and knew the boys were being well looked after.

Here are some pictures from Wyatt's birthday party also at Grandpa Dave and Grandma Lois' house. We had so much fun and are so thankful for everyone making it to Wyatt's party.
