Monkey - Wyatt's "Puppy"

As many of our loyal followers know, Evan has a dear little friend named Puppy.  Wyatt has Monkey and he travels to and from school each day just like Puppy did with Evan.



Monkey is enjoying school with Wyatt. When Wyatt was little Monkey would have to be put in the cubby when the big kids were on the loose. Sometimes Monkey will get love from some of them, so we make sure he is safe until Wyatt could protect him a little more.

Now Monkey is a staple in the daycare center. A day last week Dad couldn't find Monkey and we went a whole day without Monkey. All the teachers were looking and we tried to give him other toys, but he just wanted his Monkey. Finally we found Monkey, hiding the whole day in the barn at our house. I guess Monkey wanted a stay at home day too.

Boots the Elf

Boots the Elf made his return this year and didn't disappoint. Here are some of the highlights from his visit. We kept him around for a few extra days too since we all were having so much fun.

We traveled to Boone for the Polar Express train ride with a group of Evan and Wyatt's friends. They loved it in their jammies!

Seriously we are so blessed and spoiled by our families. We had great Christmas celebrations with everyone! Thank you so our family for being so generous this year!
