I may be enjoying the Elf on the Shelf thing a little much, but watching both boys look for Boots in the morning is worth it. Evan asks each night where I think Boots will be in the morning, gives me the motivation to keep being creative.

We took the boys on the Santa Train in Boone. It was a lot of fun going to the "North Pole"
