Blowout Birthday Party

Evan's 3rd Birthday part was a success and then some. We couldn't have planned a better birthday party or asked for more from the Waukee Fire Station. I think next year will be a disappointment.

Birthday morning

We bought Evan a Power Wheels firetruck for his birthday and the big reveal went a little like this...

What is it? 

A firetruck! 

I can't wait to drive it! 

Why isn't it working?

Unfortunetly we had to take the firetruck back to the store because it truly wasn't working. Big disappointment, but I think the week's other activities compensated for the broken firetruck. Grandma Lois took it back for us and we should have a new one in about a week.

The birthday month continues...I wonder where he gets it:)
