Monkey See Monkey Do

Our little monkey, Evan has been mimicking everything we do. It is so fun to watch him learn to dance, point, say different words and make hand/head motions like us. He knows when I say let's go to school to go get his shoes and wait by the door. When I say are you done he shakes his head yes or says "neh" which usually is no unless he really means yes, which only I can tell - mom's instinct.

We had his 15 month check up yesterday, only one shot so not too bad. It is always a good feeling when the doctor says "he is perfect". 32" tall - 77%  27lbs 14 oz - 88% and for his height/weight combo he is in the 94% for his age. Big boy!

He got to play and see a lot of his friends and family over the past few weekends. His Uncle Eric is leaving for Afghanistan soon so we had a party for some friends and family and Evan got to be "the baby in the bar".:)
